护理干预对COPD患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的影响

目的探讨护理干预对COPD患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生的影响。方法将COPD患者机械通气在24 h以上患者90例,分为干预组43例及对照组47例。对照组按常规护理,干预组除实施常规护理外,实行护理干预,分析两组VAP发生率,机械通气时间与住ICU时间比较。结果干预组VAP发生率及机械通气时间住ICU时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在COPD患者机械通气治疗期间,实施改进的护理干预措施,有助于降低VAP发生率和提高患者生存率,减少了患者的住院天数及医疗费用。

The Impact of Nursing Intervention on Patients with COPD and Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia

Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the occurrence of COPD in patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP）.Methods The 90 COPD patients with mechanical ventilation in 24 h above,were divided into intervention group（n=43）and control group（n=47）.The control group received routine nursing,the intervention group received nursing intervention in addition to the implementation of routine nursing care,analysedVAP incidence of occurrence,compared duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay time in two groups.Results VAP incidence of occurrence,duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay time in Intervention group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion COPD patients during mechanical ventilation,the implementation of improved nursing interventions,help to reduce the incidence of VAP and improve the survival rate of patients,reduced the patient＇s hospitalization days and medical expense.
