| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨夜班护士如何提供优质护理服务.方法 从改善服务态度,提高技术水平,加强管理力度着手,再结合夜班护理工作中的问题,不断总结经验.结果 提高了夜班护士的整体素质和护理服务质量,与白班护理工作不脱轨,能延续性的进行优质护理服务.结论 通过总结夜班护士对优质护理服务的体会,能更深层次的了解和实施优质护理服务.

| Abstract: | Objective Night shift nurses in patient-centered,and provide quality services.Methods Improve the attitude of service,and improve the technical level,strengthen management efforts,combined with the night shift nursing work,constantly sum up experience.Results Improve the overall quality of the night shift nurses,to improve the quality of care services,derailed with the day shift nursing continuity of quality care.Conclusion By summing up the experience of the night nurse to quality care,a deeper understanding and implementation of quality care. |
