| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨弥散性轴索损伤(DAI)患者预防并发下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的护理措施.方法 回顾性分析了36例弥散性轴索损伤患者除给予神经外科常规护理外,实施系统早期活动方案,即进行足踝被动运动,腓肠肌、股二头肌、股四头肌和臀大肌等长收缩运动.结果 系统早期活动方案对预防下肢深静脉血栓疗效明显.结论 系统早期活动方案能提高下肢静脉血流速度,安全有效地预防弥散性轴索损伤患者下肢DVT的形成.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the preventive nursing intervention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)complicated with diffuse axonal injury(DAI).Methods The 36 cases of DAI were analyzed respectively,besides usual care of neurosurgery,systemic early mobilization program was enforced,that was passive exercise of ankle,isometric contraction of gastrocnemius,biceps femoris,quadriceps femoris and ectogluteus.Results The systemic early mobilization program had a significant therapeutic effect on prevention of DVT.Conclusion The systemic early mobilization program can improve the blood flow rate of veins of lower extremity,preventing the formation of DVT in veins of lower extremity safely and efficiently. |
