盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷中毒的临床分析

摘    要:目的 探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒的临床效果.方法 将我院收治的72例有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各36例.治疗组采用盐酸戊乙奎醚配合氯磷定,对照组采用阿托品配合氯磷定,在患者一般资料无显著性差异的情况下,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应情况.结果 经临床疗效分析,治疗组与对照组的治愈率分别为97.2%和91.7%,两组间治愈率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗组的中毒症状消失时间、胆碱酯酶活力恢复时间都明显少于对照组,都具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组药物产生的各种不良反应比较表明,治疗组的各种不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗急性有机磷农药中毒疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,安全性较好.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on organophosphate poisoning.Methods The 72 cases of organophosphate poisoning were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases).The treatment group was treated with penehyclidime hydrochloride combined with pyraloxime methylchloride.The control group was treated with atropine combined with pyraloxime methylchloride.The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared based on the general information with no significant difference in patients.Results Observation of clinical efficacy showed that the healing rates of treatment group and control group were 97.2% and 91.7% respectively.There were no significant differences on the healing rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The poisoning symptoms disappearing time and cholinesterase energy recovery time of treatment group were obviously less than those of control group,which had significant differences(P<0.05).The comparation on two groups’ adverse reaction showed that all kinds of adverse reaction rates of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride in treatment of organophosphate poisoning can achieve significant effect,low adverse reaction rates as well as good security.
