| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨耳石复位法治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)的疗效和护理要点.方法 采用耳石复位法对145例BPPV患者进行治疗,同时进行心理护理、头位护理及康复指导.结果 治疗1周后有效率82.1％；3个月后有效率90.3％.结论 耳石复位法治疗BPPV疗效肯定,同时做好心理护理、头位护理及康复指导非常重要.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and nursing key points of canalith repositioning procedure(CRP) in treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods The 145 cases of BPPV were treated by CRP treatment,they were treated by nursing of psychological,head position and rehabilitation guidance at the same time.Results The improvement rate was 82.1% after 1 week and 90.3% after 3 months respectively.Conclusion The CRP treatment is an effective treatment for the patients with BPPV,and the nursing of psychological,head position and rehabilitation guidance are very important. |
