The Implementation and Effect of Head Nurse's Duty on Sunday in Emergency System

Objective This paper aim is to probe into the function of the head nurses’ duty in Sunday nursing administration to better ensure the safe operation of the emergency system.Methods Every Sunday,a head nurse is arranged to be on duty,in charge of inspection,guidance and coordination of the work in emergency system on Sunday.Results It strengthens the control and supervision of Sunday nursing quality of emergency system and enhances the degree of satisfaction of patients and nurses.Conclusion Through the establishment of nursing duty in emergency system,the nursing quality of emergency system is guaranteed and improved.
