舒适护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用

目的 探讨舒适护理在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果.方法 选择2011年3月至2011年8月在我院剖宫产产妇120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组实施剖宫产常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施舒适护理,观察和分析2组产妇舒适度和满意度指标.结果 观察组舒适度和满意度均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 舒适护理可显著提高剖宫产产妇的舒适程度和对护理工作的满意度,利于术后康复.

Application of Comfort Care in Cesarean Section

Objective To evaluate the application of comfort care in the cesarean section.Methods From March 2011 to August 2011 in this hospital,120 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,and each group was 60 cases.The cesarean usual care was used for the control group,while the comfort care was used for the study group on the basis of the usual care.The comfort and satisfaction indicators of two groups were observed and analysed.Results The comfort degree and satisfaction degree of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comfort care can significantly improve the comfort level of cesarean section and the satisfaction degree of nursing job,which will help postoperative rehabilitation.
