| 摘 要： | 目的 比较不同口腔护理法对在ICU行气管插管,呼吸机辅助呼吸患者呼吸机相关性肺炎预防的效果.方法 将42例行气管插管,呼吸机辅助呼吸48h以上患者随机分为实验组21例和对照组21例,对照组采用传统口腔护理,实验组采用改良口腔护理法(口腔刷洗法+口腔冲洗法)行口腔护理,观察两组机械通气2周后VAP发生率.结果 机械通气2周实验组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 改良口腔护理法可有效降低呼吸机相关肺炎的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of the different oral cavity nursing method in preventing the life-support machine relevant pneumonia in ICU.Methods The 42 patients who were performed the routine tracheal intubation and auxiliary breath with life-support machine,were stochastically divided into the experimental group and the control group with 21 cases each.The control group were given traditional oral cavity nursing,while the experimental group were given the improvement oral cavity nursing care(oral cavity cleaning method and oral cavity flushing method).The VAP incidence rates of two groups were observed after 2 weeks of mechanical aeration.Results The incidence rate of life-support machine relevant pneumonia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement oral cavity nursing method can reduce the incidence rate of life-support machine relevant pneumonia effectively. |
