经尿道汽化电切联合吡柔比星膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效观察

目的 探讨经尿道汽化电切联合吡柔比星膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎的方法和疗效.方法 应用抗感染、经尿道汽化电切以及吡柔比星膀胱内灌注等治疗手段,对108例腺性膀胱炎患者采取随机分组治疗的临床试验.结果 108例患者随访6～24月,平均随访12月,其中治疗组治愈35例,好转21例,复发4例,有效率为93.33％；对照组治愈8例,好转18例,复发22例,有效率为54.17％.结论 经尿道汽化电切联合吡柔比星膀胱内灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效满意,值得推广.

Bladder Instillation of Transurethral Electrovaporization Combining with Pirarubicin in Treatment of Cystitis Glandularis

Objective To evaluate the method and effect of bladder instillation of Transurethral Electrovaporization(TURV) combining with pirarubicin in the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods The 108 cases of cystitis glandularis were divided into two groups,and were treated with anti-infection therapy,TURV and bladder instillation of pirarubicin.Results All cases were followed up for 6~24 months,and the average time was 12 months.The results of clinical observations showed 35 cured eases,21 markedly effective cases,4 recurrence cases,the effective rate reaching 93.33% in the treatment group;8 cured eases,18 markedly effective cases,22 recurrence cases,the effective rate reaching 54.17% in the control group.Conclusion It has been demonstrated that bladder instillation of TURV combining with pirarubicin in the treatment of cystitis glandularis is provided with advantages of high effect.It will be performed in clinical patients.
