应用血液净化等综合措施抢救百草枯中毒72例

目的 观察血液净化、长托宁吸入等措施抢救百草枯中毒患者的效果.方法 应用综合治疗措施主要包括血液净化、长托宁雾化吸入、洗胃、导泻、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂及自由基清除剂等.结果 72例中毒患者抢救成功率30.6%,高于以往文献报道的不足20%成功率.结论 血液净化、长托宁吸入等新的抢救措施抢救百草枯中毒患者,疗效优于传统抢救措施.

Effect of Continuous Blood Purification in 72 Paraquat Intoxication Patients

Objective To observe the effect of continuous blood purification combined with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride aerosol inhalationonin treatment Paraquat intoxication patients.Methods All the patients were treated with continuous blood purification,Penehyclidine Hydrochloride aerosol inhalationon,gastric lavage,glucocorticoi andimmunosuppressor administrated.Results The successful rescue rate of the 72 patients was 30.6%,significantly higher than ever reported.Conclusion Continuous blood purification combined with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride aerosol inhalationon can improve Paraquat intoxication patients with a higher successful rescue rate.
