胆道排石合剂对实验性致石胆汁脂质过氧化物的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨胆道排石合剂治疗胆石症的机理。 方法 :利用洁霉素皮下注射诱发豚鼠胆囊结石的动物模型 ,观察中药制剂胆道排石合剂对实验性致石胆汁内脂质过氧化物 (LPO)的影响 ,并设立生理盐水对照组。 结果 :胆道排石合剂组灌药后第 3周LPO含量与灌药前相比明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,而对照组灌药前后LPO含量无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 :胆道排石合剂能明显降低胆汁中LPO的含量 ,这可能是胆道排石合剂治疗胆石症的主要机理之一。

Abstract:Objective To study the mechanism of Dandao Paishi Mixture(DPM)in treating cholelithiasis. Methods Subcutaneous injection of licomycin was used to establish the quenia pig model with cholecystolithiasis.The models were divided into two groups,the treatment group treated by DPM,and the control group given normal saline.The effect of DPM to lipid peroxide(LPO)in bile was observed.Results In the treatment group,the contents of LPO in bile after perfusion were markedly decreased( P <0.01),but there were no differences in the control group( P >0.05).Conclusion DPM can markedly decrease the contents of LPO in bile.This may be one of the major mechanism of the therapeutic effect for cholelithiasis.
