| 摘 要： | 本文采用微量血培养法测定了20例口腔颌面肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞微核,检出率为100％;微核率为10.1±4.15‰,与对照组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。20例患者中有9例恶性肿瘤,11例良性肿瘤,前者微核率为11.3±5.72‰,后者为9.09±2.02‰,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。提示颌面肿瘤的发生与染色体畸变可能存在密切关系。

| Abstract: | The lymphocytic micronuclei in the venous blood from 20 patients with a tumor at mouth cavity and jaw face were studied. The micronuclei were observed in all of the 20 cases. The rate of micronuclei in the cases was 10.1±4.15‰ (X±S) and that in the control group was 3.45±1.89‰. The difference was significant (P<0.01). Of the 20 cases, 9 were malignant and 11 benign. The rates of micronuclei were 11.3 ±5.72‰ in the former and 9.09 ± 2.02‰ in the latter. The difference was significant (P<0.05). The rate difference may show a relationship between the development tumor at jaw face and chromosomal anomaly. |
