ABO正反定血型检测系统的创建与应用

目的 建立适应血站实验室批量快速检测献血员血型的方法.方法 血站血液检测实验室利用现有的全自动加样机、酶标仪、离心机等设备,结合血站大批量标本血型检测特点,通过不断摸索,在U型微孔板上用普通血型正、反血型定型试剂创建检测系统.结果 实现了ABO正、反血型检测的标本加样自动化,标本处理批量化,结果判定标准化,数据传输网络化,结果文件的书面化,大大提高了血型检测的正确性和工作效率,最大限度的保障了临床用血者的生命安全.结论 利用目前实验室现有设备,经过反复试验探索所建立的ABO血型正反定检测方法简便快速,结果可靠.
