沙棘总黄酮(TFH)改善血管性痴呆血脂的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨沙棘总黄酮(TFH)对"血管性痴呆"(VD)血脂的改善作用。方法①采用"高脂血症血管性痴呆大鼠模型"进行造模。②造模后和干预后,分别测血脂(TC,TG),血清脂蛋白(HDL-C和LDL-C);载脂蛋白A(apoAⅠ)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)。结果①实验组(TFH低、中、高剂量组)干预后与造模后血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoAⅠ、apoB)相比,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组(丹参注射液)干预后与造模后相比,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);空白组干预后与造模后相比,无统计学意义(P〉0.05);②空白组与实验组(低、中、高剂量组)、对照组相比,无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 TFH能明显降低高脂血症型VD模型大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C、apoAⅠ、apoB,并提高HDL-C。

Abstract:Objective To use of Total Flavones of Hippophae(TFH) improving vascular dementia by means of intervention of the blood lipid level.Methods ① Established Hyperlipidemic rat model for vascular dementia.②After modeling and intervention,blood lipids were measured(TC、TG,HDL-C and LDL-C,apoAⅠ、apoB) and compared with the control group.Results ①Experimental group(low,medium and high dose of TFH group) were intervened with TFH and detected the blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,apoAⅠ,apoB),then compared them to control group.It showed a statistically significant(P 0.05) data compared with the control group(Danshen injection);there was no statistical significance(P 0.05) between placebo with intervention group and model group.② There were no statistical significance(P 0.05) among Placebo group,experimental group(low,medium and high dose of TFH group)and the control group.Conclusion TFH is significantly reduced hyperlipidemia including VD,TC,TG,LDL-C,apoAⅠand apoB and increased HDL-C in rats.
