平塘县2008～2009年医疗机构消毒效果监测分析

目的：了解平塘县各级医疗卫生单位消毒效果,为指导消毒工作、预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法：按卫生部《消毒技术规范》、《医疗消毒卫生标准》（GB15982—1995）和《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》（GB15981—1995）的方法和要求,于2008～2009年对县、乡镇两级医疗卫生单位进行了消毒效果监测。结果：共监测使用中消毒剂、医务人员手、紫外线灯、物体表面、空气中细菌、灭菌物品等各种样品共627份,合格410份,平均合格率65.39%。2008年和2009年监测样品数分别为313份和314份,合格率分别为62.62%和68.79%,二者无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,县、乡镇两级医疗卫生单位的2008～2009年度平均合格率分别为90.72%、48.81%,二者差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。6类监测样品中合格率最高的是灭菌物品（84.87%）,最低的是空气中细菌含量（37.24%）。结论：平塘县各级医疗卫生单位消毒效果不理想且不平衡,其中镇级医院是今后消毒监测工作的重点,同时应加强消毒工作的规范化落实。

Analysis of monitoring sterilization effect in medical institutions of pingtang county between 2008 and 2009

Objective：To explore the results of disinfection in medical institutions of pingtang county in 2008~2009 and offer a scientific basis for guiding disinfection work and prevent and control cross infection in hospital.Methods：effect of disinfection in two-level medical institutions in the period of 2008 and 2009 were monitored and analyzed based on the Standards and regulations issued by Ministry of Health.Results：627 samples included the disinfectants being used,medical personnel hands,ultraviolet lamp,surface of object,air,sterilized items,etc.410 were up to the standards with a qualification rate of 65.39%.There were 313 and 314 samples monitored in 2008 and 2009 with the qualification rates of 62.62% and 68.79%,respectively,without showing significant differences（P0.05）.The results showed that the average qualification rates of sterilized samples in medical institutions of county and township levels were 90.72% and 48.81%,with showing significant differences（P0.01）.The highest and lowest qualification rates were sterilized items（84.87%） and air（37.24%）in the 6 monitored samples.Conclusion：The sterilization effect in medical institutions of pingtang county wasn,t ideal and balanced.The disinfection monitor key would be put town level hospitals while the realization of disinfection work standardization should be strengthened.
