摘    要:目的 检测煤矿工人25羟基维生素D(25-OH-D)的血清水平,对鲁南地区煤矿工人维生素D营养及骨质状态进行综合评价.方法 以鲁南地区从事井下工作10年以上的煤矿职工为研究对象(全部为男性),抽取清晨空腹静脉血,用酶联免疫定量法检测血清25-OH-D的水平.结果 鲁南地区煤矿职工血清25-OH-D平均水平为44.64±32.65nmol/L(均数±标准差),如以25-OH-D<50nmol/L作为维生素D 缺乏的标准,则其发生率为74.22%;经分组比较,上述指标没有随年龄增长而呈有规律的波动.结论 鲁南地区井下煤矿职工的血清25-OH-D水平较低,随年龄增长而下降(p〈0.05);维生素D营养状况稍差,有可能较易发生骨折(有骨折史者达22.76%).

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the nutrition and bone status in coal miners which were located in the south of Shangdong province, serum 25 - hydroxy vitamin D (25 - OH - D) level - r Was assayed. Method Choose the miners in the south of Shangdong province who have been engaged in underwork operations for more than ten years(all are males), collected venous blood, using quantitative enzyme - linked im- munosorbent assay to detect their serum 25 - OH- D levels. Results The mean value of serum 25 - OH - D in the minersfxom the south of Shangdong province is 44.64 ± 32.65nmol/L (mean ~ standard deviation), according to the standard of vitamin D deficiency(25 - OH - D 〈 50nmol/L). , vitamin D deficiency rate is 74,22% ; after comparing between the groups, serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D level did not appear regular fluctuation with the aging. Conclusion Serum 25 - OH - D level of underground miners in the south of Shangdong province is relative low, and declined with aging (p 〈 0.05) ; vitamin D nutritional status is not ideal, has the trend of bone fracture (a fracture history has been confirmed to reach 22.76 % ).
