| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨白内障超声乳化吸出术中后囊破裂的原冈及预防方法.方法 对手术先期154例(186眼)术中后囊破裂的情况进行分析。结果 186眼中后囊破裂29眼(15．6％)：结论 后囊破裂的主要原因是手术操作失误，提高术者的手术技巧可以预防后囊破裂的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the cause and management of posterior capsule rupture during ultrasonic phacoemulsification.Methods Analysed the causes of posterior capsule rupture in 154 cases(186 eyes).Results Posterior capsule ruptured during ultrasonic phacoemulsification in 29 eyes(29/186,15.6%).Conclusion The cause of posterior capsule rupture was short of surgical skills and take preventive measures can increase successful rate. |
