呋麻滴鼻液中呋喃西林稳定性预测

摘    要: 目的:预测医院制剂呋喃西林麻黄碱滴鼻液的稳定性,为临床提供贮存期依据。方法:术用经典恒温加速法,分别在55,65,75,85℃恒温条件下,在不同间隔时间内用紫外分光光度法测定呋喃西林的含量。结果:其稳定性与温度有关,符合Arrhenius公式。结论:本制剂在室温(25)时贮存期为80.8d。

Abstract:0BJECTIVE:To estimate the stability of furacillin and ephedrine nasal drops, which will be considered as the base of storage life for clinic use. METHODS: Classic isothermal accelerated tests were used at 4 different temperatures of 55, 65, 75, 85℃.Samples were taken at certain time intervals and the content of furacillin was determined using UV spectrophotometer. RESULTS: The stability of furacillin was related to the temprerature which was in consistent withArrhenius equation. CONCLUSION: Under the condition of room temperature(25℃)the storage life of furacillin was about 80.8d.
