刺五加离子导入治疗糖尿病周围神经病变病人的疗效观察

目的观察采用中药刺五加浸液经皮肤离子导入治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法将 6 0例糖尿病并发周围神经病变病人分为治疗组 31例 ,对照组 2 9例。对照组行常规治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上在病患神经分布区行刺五加离子导入治疗。结果治疗组临床症状好转率明显高于对照组 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;电生理观察 ,治疗组正中、尺和腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度较对照组明显提高 ,运动末端潜伏期较对照组明显缩短 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论刺五加浸液经皮肤离子导入治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 ,配合有效护理可促进受损神经的修复和再生。

Effect of Ci-wu-jia Electro-ionic Osmosis on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathies

Objective To observe the effect of Ci-wu-jia electro-ionic osmosis on diabetic peripheral neuropathies (DPN). Methods Sixty cases of DPN were divided into 2 groups. Twenty-nine cases were treated with common therapy (control group), while 31 cases were treated with Ci-wu-jia electro-ionic osmosis in the neuropathic regions besides common therapy (experimental group). Results The rates of clinical symptomatic improvement in experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The eletro-physiologic therapy showed that the sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) and more nerve latent period (MLP) in medianus nerve, ulnavis nerve and peronens communis nerve were shortened obviously in the experimental group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Ci-wu-jia electro-ionic osmosis from skin on DPN in combination with effective nursing care can promote the repair and regeneration of the injured nerve.
