环氧酶抑制剂对创伤性代谢反应的影响

摘    要:观察了环氧酶抑制剂对创伤性应激反应和蛋白质分解代谢的影响,将全胃切除术病人分为两组:消炎痛组,从术后2小时开始给予消炎痛肛栓剂50mg,1/8小时;对照组按同样方法给予安慰剂。监测了手术前后体温,血清激素、血浆蛋白和尿中尿素氮、肌酐和3—甲基组氨酸的排出,结果显示消炎痛组体温、应激激素和尿中尿素氮,3—甲基组氨酸排出均明显低于对照组。表明环氧酶抑制剂可以减轻创伤时的应激反应和减少蛋白质分解代谢。

Abstract:The effects of cyclo oxygenase inhibitor(indomethacin) on traumatic stress response and protein catabolism were observed in patients who received total gastrectomy for cardiac cancer of stomach.Thirteen cases were divided randomly into an indomethacin group (indomethacin suppository,50mg,1/8h,for 6 days) and a control group(placebo).Body temperature,plasma proteins endocrine hormones related to stress and excretions of BUN,Cr and 3 MH in urine were monitored before and after operation.The results showed that daily body temperature,plasma levels of noradrenaline and cortisol,and accumulated excretions of BUN and 3 MH in urine were significantly lower in the indomethacin group than those in the control group.It is suggested that cyclo oxygenase inhibitor could attenuate stress response and reduce protein catabolism in traumatic patients.
