咖啡因诱发人类染色体脆性部位的观察

摘    要:观察了咖啡因对14名个体染色体脆性部位的影响。结果表明咖啡因可显著地提高染色体结构畸变率和染色体脆性部位的表达。对有关的问题进行了论讨。

Abstract:Common fragile sites of human chromosome of peripheral blood cells with and without caffeine treatment in 14 individuals were analyzed. The result showed that 1. individual difference in chromosome structural aberration rate was present, 2. caffeine could significantly enhance the expression of common fragile sites, and 3. there was a correlation between chromosome structual aberration rate with and without caffeine treatment. Some questions related to common fragile sites were discussed.
