| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中医补肾方对老年性痴呆大鼠学习记忆行为和血清细胞因子的影响。方法 在ｓ．ｃ．－Ｄ半乳糖造成大鼠亚急性衰老的基础上,双侧海马内注射喹啉酸造成类ＡＤ模型。以Ｙ－电迷宫和ＥＬＩＳＡ法分别检测大鼠的学习记忆行为和血清细胞因子。结果 补肾方可显著提高痴呆大鼠的Ｙ－迷宫正确次数,明显降低痴呆大鼠升高的血清ＩＬ－２、ＴＮＦ－α水平。结论 补肾方可通过调整痴呆大鼠的免疫瓜而提高其学习记忆能力。
