| 摘 要： | 目的探讨采用国产酶联免疫吸附试剂定性检测乙型肝炎病毒表面抗体（抗HBs）,对乙肝疫苗免疫测定结果的影响。方法对国产试剂测定的216份免疫失败血清,采用美国雅培i2000试剂进行定量测定抗HBs。结果用雅培i2000试剂定量测定的216份血清,结果有90份阳性,阳性率高达41.7%,抗体浓度集中10～39mIU/ml。结论临床上采用国产试剂评估乙型肝炎疫苗效果时应该慎重。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the use of Chinese-made ELISA reagents in qualitative detection of anti-HBs Ab for evaluating the effect of hepatitis B vaccine immunization.Methods Abbott reagent i2000 was applied for quantitative determination of anti-HBsAb in 216 serum samples failed with the examination of Chinese-made reagent.Results The result of quantitative determination of these 216 serum samples with Abbott i2000 showed that 90 of them were positive,with a positive rate of 41.7% and the concentration of antibody may be as high as 10～39 IU/ml.Conclusion The clinical use of Chinese-made reagents for assessing the effect of hepatitis B vaccine should be careful. |
