前置胎盘剖宫产宫腔纱条填塞止血临床分析

目的探讨前置胎盘患者剖宫产术中出现大出血行宫腔纱条填塞止血的效果。方法回顾5年里32例前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血患者,分析术中出血原因,宫腔纱条填塞指征、方法,观察术后恢复情况。结果止血效果好,全部保留子宫,术后无感染、晚期产后出血的发生。结论前置胎盘剖宫产术中出现子宫出血用宫腔纱条填塞止血效果好,值得推广。

Clinical Analysis on Arresting Bleeding Function of Intrauterine Ribbon Gauze Packing in Placenta Previa Caesarean Section Operation

Objective To explore the arresting bleeding function of intrauterine ribbon gauze packing in massive hemorrhage patients with placenta previa caesarean section operation. Methods The clinical material of 32 placenta previa patients with hemorrhage during cesarean section were collected, and the reasons for hemorrhage, indications and methods of intrauterine ribbon gauze packing,and the postoperative recovery were summarized. Results The hemostatie effect in all cases was well,and all the uterus were retained. There was no postoperative infection and late postpartum hemorrhage cases. Conclusion The hemostatic effect of intrauterine ribbon gauze packing was exact for intrauterine bleeding in placenta previa Cesarean section, and worthy to be used widely.
