止血带的污染不容忽视

通过随机抽查３０根止血带，发现有菌止血带为２４根，占８０％；有菌超标的１５根，占有菌数的６２．５％；ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性２根，占６．６７％。经０．２５％含氯消毒剂擦拭消毒１ｍｉｎ后，同法取样监测，各项监控指标均合格。因此，应加强对全体医护人员宣传教育，强化医院感染意识，加强对止血带在医院感染中的潜在危险的认识，建议建立健全切实可行的止血带使用消毒管理制度。专职人员加强检查、督促、反馈，奖优罚劣，赏罚分明，使止血带在使用过程中，管而不严或无人问津的状况得到改变。

Close Attention to the Contamination of Tourniquets

tourniquets were sampled in random,24 of them were found to be infected by bacteria(80%);15 of the infected tourniquets were beyond the standard carrying bacteria(62.5%),including 2 on which HBSAg was possitive(6.67%).It suggested that knowledge about the tourniquets possible to be contaminated had to be strengthened and disinfection administration regulation must be improved.
