| 摘 要： | 目的 观察穴注鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效以及对患者健康状况的影响。方法将100例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组，治疗组51例采用穴位注射鹿瓜多肽注射液2mL；对照组49例采用穴位注射透明质酸钠注射液2mL。两组每星期注射1次，4星期为1个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程。治疗前一星期起停服一切相关药物。结果经2个疗程治疗后，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组健康状况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论穴位注射鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效较满意。
