| 摘 要： | 目的 研究非腺瘤的胸腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的ＣＴ诊断。材料与方法 对１４例非胸腺瘤的胸腺肿瘤及肿瘤样病变行ＣＴ检查，并与手术及病理相对照，评价ＣＴ的诊断价值。结果 １４例中，胸腺神经内分泌癌１例，霍奇金病３例，畸胎瘤３例，脂肪瘤３例，胸腺囊肿３例，炎性假瘤１例。结论 ＣＴ能准确显示肿瘤与邻近结构的关系，并对脂肪瘤、淋巴瘤、畸胎瘤、囊肿作出诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT features of thymic tumors and tumorlike lesions.Materials and Methods CT scanning was performed in 14 patients with thymic tumors and tumorlike lesions. CT features were analyzed and compared with pathological findings.Results Thymic lesions included following diseases: neuroendocrine carcinoma (n=1), Hodgkin's disease (n=3), teratoma (n=3), lipoma (n=3), thymic cyst (n=3), and inflammatory pseudotumor (n=1).Conclusion CT can well display the tumor and its relationship with the neighboring structures, and can correctly diagnose lipoma, teratoma, lymphoma and thymic cyst. |
