某矿煤工尘肺肺功能与X线对比观察

目的：探讨煤矿工人肺部损伤情况。方法：对某煤矿８９例煤工尘肺和４６例井下接尘工人进行了肺动能测定和胸部Ｘ线检测并进行对比观察。结果：煤工尘肺患及井下接尘工人功能各指标均显低于对照组；单纯煤工尘肺组肺功能损害以阻塞型为主。复合煤工尘肺肺功能损害以混合型为主。结论：煤矿粉尘（矽尘和煤尘）均能对作业工人肺功能产生损害，其损害程度不同。

Contrast Study of Lung Function in the CWP with Different X-Ray Fanding

Objective To explore the harms of lung function in the coal workers.Method The lung function and lung X-ray were examined in 89CWP(Coal Worker's Pneumoconiosis) cases and 46 controls exposed to coal dust. Results The lung function of the CWP and miners exposed to coal dust were significant lower than those of controls; The impairment of lung function among the patients with single CWP showed obstructive type, while patients with complex DWP exhibited mixed type of damaged lung function. Conclusion Both silica dust and coal dust are able to damage lung function in workers exposed to those dusts.
