| 摘 要： | 为评价平板运动试验对冠心病的诊断价值。我们对１００例可疑冠心病患者行平行板运动试验与冠状动脉造影（ＣＡＧ），其中ＣＡＧ阳性者６８例（６８．０％），平均运动试验阳性者５３例（５３．０％），ＣＡＧ阳性者中运动试验阳性４９例（７２．１％），ＣＡＧ阴性者中运动试验阳性４例（１２．５％）。平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感性为７２．１％，特异性为８８．９％，认为运动试验在冠心病的诊断中具有一定临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to estimate the diagnostic value of exercise test for coronary artery disease.Methods 100 patients suspected as coronary artery disease were analyzed in our study,all of them were performed exercise test and coronary angiography. Results 68 of them (68.0%) had positive results in coronary angioplasty,in which 49(72.1%) showed positive results in exercise test;53 of them (53.0%) had positive results in exercise test ,4 of them showed negative results in coronary angioplasty.The sensitivity and spectivity of exercise test in diagnosis of coronary artery disease are 72.1%,88.9%. Conclusion We concluded that exercise test had a certain clinical value in diagnosis of coronary artery disease.; |
