麝香追风膏镇痛及抗炎实验研究

目的：探讨麝香追风膏的镇痛抗炎作用，方法：大鼠扭体法、小鼠热板法、小鼠耳廊肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉牙肿法，结果：麝香追风膏能显延和腹腔注射醋酸引起的大鼠扭体反应潜伏期，减少扭体次数；明显提高小鼠对热刺激的痛反应阈值，明显抑制小鼠耳廊肿胀程度，结论：麝香追风膏对动物具有明显的镇痛抗炎作用。

Experiment Study of Shexiangzhuifeng Adhesive Plaster in Anti-Inflammatory and Analgesic Action

Objeceive To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic action of Shexiangzhuifeng Adhesive Plaster(SHAP).Methods The ways of Auricalar tumefaction and hot plate in mice,turning round the body and granuloma with cotton ball in rats were used.Results SHAP could significantly prolong the incubation period,reduce the numbers of turnign round the body induced by intraperitoned injecting actic acetic acid in rats ,it also could obviously raise the pain threshold with heat stimulation and restrain the auricular tumefaction in mice.Conclusion SHAP had obvious Antiinflammatory and analgesic action on animals.;
