ER、PR、CEA免疫组化染色在乳腺癌针吸细胞学与组织学中的对比观察

目的 :探讨ER、PR、CEA免疫组化染色在乳腺癌针吸细胞学与组织学中的应用价值。方法 :本组乳腺癌12 0例 ,均作ER、PR、CEA免疫组化染色 (S -P法 )。通过术前针吸细胞学与术后组织学自我对照 ,观察上述三项指标的表达情况。数据经X2 检验 ,t检验处理。结果 :12 0例乳腺癌中 ,免疫组化染色细胞学与组织学阳性率分别为 :ER5 6 %与 5 7% ;PR5 2 %与 5 3% ;CEA96 %与 99%。细胞学与组织学的阳性率组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。其中ER、PR两项在细胞学与组织学中 ,其阳性表达与病理分级呈负相关 ,而与组织学类型无相关性。结论 :乳腺癌ER、PR、CEA三项免疫组化染色 ,在针吸细胞学与组织学具有相似的检测结果 ,均可用于乳腺癌的诊断中。

The Comparative Observation of ER.PR and CEA Immunohistochemistry Stain on Aspiration Cytology and Histology of Breast Cancer

Objective To study the value of ER. PR and CEA immunohistochemistry stain on aspiration cytology and histology of breast cancer.Methods The ER.PR and CEA immunohistochemistry stain(S-P method) was used in 120 cases of breast cancer.Through oneself contrast,we have observed the expression of above three targets in aspioration cytology before operation and histology after operation.Statistics was used test.Results In 120 cases of breast cancer,the positive rates of immunohistochemistry in cytology and histology were respectively ER:56% and 57%;PR:52% and 53%;CEA:96% and 99%.The positive rates in the groups of cytology and histology have not difference (p>0.05).In the cytology and histology,the positive expression of ER.PR presents negative relativity with the pathological degree,but has not relativety with histololgical types.Conclusions The immunohistochemistry detection results of ER.PR and CEA were similar in aspiration cytology and histlogy of breast cancer.They equally can be used in pathological diagnosis of breast cancer.;
