反复呼吸道感染儿头发锌铁含量的临床研究

目的：探讨小儿反复呼吸道感染（ＲＲＴＩ）与人体内微量元素锌、铁含量的相关性。方法：测定ＲＲＴＩ组与对照组儿童头发锌、铁含量，同时对ＲＲＴＩ患儿进行补充锌、铁的治疗。结果：ＲＲＴＩ组头发的锌铁含量低于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），ＲＲＴＩ组经补充锌、铁治疗，有效率８１．１％，结论：小儿ＲＲＴＩ与人体内微量元素锌铁含量具有相生，对ＲＲＴＩ患儿可补充锌铁进行治疗。

A Clinical study of Zn and Fe Levels in Hair of the Children with Repeating Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective To disscuss the correlation between Children's repeating respiratory tract infection (RRTI) and the levels of trace elements, such as Zn and Fe, in prople's bodys. Method We measured Zn and Fe levels between the RRTI group and contrast group, and treated the children with repeating respiratory tract infection through increasing Zn and Fe at the same time. Results Zn and Fe levels of the RRTI group was lower than the contrastive group (P<0.001). The RRTI group was cured by increasing Zn and Fe, and the efficient rate attained 81.1%. Conclusion There is correlation between Children's repeating respiratory tract infection and the levels of the trace elements, such as Zn and Fe, in people's bodys. It is effctive to treat the sick children by increasing Zn and Fe.
