尿黄体生成素试纸预测排卵对月经周期不规律不孕症的临床应用

目的 ]探讨尿黄体生成素试纸预测排卵的准确性及对月经周期不规律不孕症患者的临床应用。 方法 ]选择对 5 0例原因不明的月经周期不规律的的不孕患者于末次月经第n(n =最短月经周期天数 - 17)天开始采用尿LH试纸检测尿LH峰 ,并对照血LH测定结果 ,同时结合B超监测卵泡发育 ,每日 1次 ,直至排卵 ,掌握排卵期 ,指导受孕。 结果 ]5 0例共监测 89个月经周期 ,尿LH峰阳性率为 85 .4 % ,血LH峰阳性率为 86 .5 % ,两者相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;尿LH峰与血LH峰阳性符合率为 98.7% ;B超证实排卵周期 80个 ,尿LH峰与B超符合率为 95 .0 % ,血LH峰与B超符合率为 96 .2 % ,两符合率间也无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;5 0例中 16例受孕 ,总的受孕率为32 .0 % ,排卵周期的受孕率为 2 0 .0 %。 结论 ]尿LH试纸检测简便易行 ,准确可靠 ,既能预测排卵 ,又能明确排卵功能是否正常 ,相继发现新的不孕原因。提示该方法可作为常规预测排卵的手段 ,还可作为B超监测排卵前的筛选检查 ,也为其他生殖助孕技术穿刺取卵提供了最佳时机。

Clinical value of urinary luteinizing hormone test paper in predicting ovalation of infertility

Objective ] To investigate the clinical value of the precise of urinary LH paper`s prediction ovalution in the diagnosis and therapy of infertility.Methods]Use urinary LH test paper to measure the urinary LH urge in 50 infertile women who had no obvious reason in the nth day(n=the days of the shortest circle of menses-17),and contrast the result of the LH inplasma combinef with B ultrasonic to monitor the develop of follicle every day till ovalution,thus grasp the period of ovalution and instruct pregnant.Results]Eighty-nine circles of menses were monitored in this 50 cases,the positive rate of urinary LH surge is 85.4%,while the surge of LH in plasma is 86.5%,There were no obcious different in these two groups(P>0.05);and the conforming rate of them is 98.7%;The Bultrasonic demonstrate that there were 80 circles of ovulation,The conforming rate of urinary LH and B ultrasonic is 95.0%and that of LH in plasma with B ultrasonic is 96.2%,There also has no different between the two conforming rates (P>0.05);There were 16 cases who were pregnant in 50 cases,and the total pregnant rate is 32.0%,The pregnant rate in circle of ovalution is 20.0%.Conclusions] The urinary LH test paper is very convenient,precise and reliable.It can not only predict the ovalution and also can definite if the function of ovalution is normal,thus find the new reason of infertility.The study shows that this method can be a mean of predicting ovalution as routine to improve the rate of pregnant,ascreening examination before using B ultrasonic to monitor ovalution,and also can provide the best time of puncturing for taking follicle in the reproduction tech of helping pregnant.
