椎间关节阻滞复合脊神经后支阻滞对椎间关节综合征的疗效观察

目的 观察椎间关节阻滞复合脊神经后支阻滞对椎间关节综合征的治疗效果，并与单纯椎间关节阻滞相比较，以探讨其是否存在优越性。方法 将64例患者随机分为A组与B组。A组为对照组，采用椎间关节阻滞；B组采用椎间关节阻滞复合脊神经后史阻滞。采用数字分级法（NRS）进行疗效评价。结果 A组与B组治疗前后差异均有显著性（P〈0.01），而B组疗效明显好于A组（P〈0．01）。结论 两种治疗方式对椎间关节综合征都有良好疗效，而椎间关节阻滞复合脊神经后支阻滞有明显的优越性。

Effectiveness of fact joint block combined with dorsal spinal radicle block in fact joint syndrome

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of fact joint block combined with dorsal spinal radicle block in fact joint syndrome,and compared with that of fact joint block. [Methods] 64 cases with fact joint syndrome were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was the comparison group, They were treated by fact joint block; group B were treated by fact joint block combined with dorsal spinal radicle block. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by NRS. [Results] The value of NRS decreased significantly after treatment in two groups (P <0.01), but the therapeutic effects of group B were better than those of group A (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Compared with fact joint block, fact joint block combined with dorsal spinal radicle block can improve the therapeutic effect.
