乳腺癌雌激素受体、孕激素受体和癌胚抗原及其与DNA含量关系的研究

应用PAP方法对50例乳腺癌、10例乳腺纤维瘤和10例乳腺小叶增生症石蜡切片进行雌激素受体、孕激素受体和癌胚抗原检测,其中30例乳腺癌应用JX-1医用图象分析系统测定了细胞核DNA含量。结果表明:(1)三种生物学标志物在乳腺癌的表达率分别为68％、66％和64％;(2)三种生物学标志物的表达与乳腺癌分化程度密切相关;(3)三种生物学标志物与乳腺癌细胞核DNA含量具有良好的相关性。提示:癌胚抗原在乳腺癌有较高的表达率,可望作为乳腺癌早期诊断和鉴别诊断的辅助手段;三种生物学标志物和D-NA含量能够反映乳腺癌的分化程度,均可作为评估预后的指标。

STUDIES ON ER, PR AND CEA AND THEIR CORRELATION TO NUCLEAR DNA IN BREAST CARCINOMA

The parafin-embedded tissue blocks of 50 primary breast carcinoma, 10 breast fibroadenoma and 10 lobular hyperplasia were reviewed by PAP method for staining estrogen receptor ( ER ) , progestrone receptor ( PR ) and carcinoembryonic antigen ( CEA ) , with the nuclear DNA content in 30 specimens of carcinoma measured with JX-1 medical image analysis system. The results showed : ( 1 ) the positive rate for ER, PR and CEA of breast carcinoma wes 68%, 66% and 64% respectively, ( 2 ) the 3 biological markers were closely correlated with the degree of differentiation of the cancer tissue, ( 3 ) the correlationship was good between the biological markers and the DNA content. These findings indicate that detection of CEA could be a supplementary means for early and differential diagnosis of breast carcinoma, and that the 3 biological markers and DNA content might be used as important parameters to understand the growth state and estimate the prognosis.
