| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法:对21例肱骨近端骨折患者行肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果:随访时间6~15个月,平均10个月,评定结果采用Neer评分,总的优良率为90.5%。结论:肱骨近端锁定钢板用于治疗肱骨近端骨折,具有损伤小、固定牢固的优点,可以达到良好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evalute the treatment of proximal humerus fractures with a locking proximal humerus plate. Methods: From January 2003 to September 2004, 21 fractures of proximal humerus were operated with a locking proximal humerus plate. Results: All the 21 cases were followed up. The follow-up ranged from 6 to 15 months with an average of 10 months. With Neer's evalution, the exellent and good rate of shoulder joint function was 90.5%. Conclusion: Locking proximal humerus plate is a good method for fractures of the proximal humerus. |
