涤痰汤合牵正散加减治疗急性缺血性脑卒中恢复期90例疗效观察

目的]探讨涤痰汤合牵正散加减治疗急性缺血性脑卒中恢复期的临床疗效。方法]选取180例急性缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者,随机分成实验组、对照组各90例。对照组服用拜阿司匹林片100mg/d、阿托伐他汀钙片20mg/d、胞二磷胆碱钠片200mg tid/d,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加用涤痰汤合牵正散加减。治疗12周后,观察所有患者康复情况。结果]与治疗前相比,治疗后实验组和对照组的神经功能缺损程度评分（neurological deficits score,NDS）均有明显下降（P〈0.05）;与对照组相比,实验组治疗后的NDS显著下降（P〈0.01）,实验组的总有效率明显较高（P〈0.01）。结论]涤痰汤合牵正散加减治疗急性缺血性脑卒中恢复期有明显临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Revised DiTan Decoction and QianZheng Powder in Treatment of Cerebral Ischemic Stroke During Recovery Stage

Objective]To explore the effect of revised DiTan Decoction and QianZheng Powder in treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke during recovery stage.Methods]All the 180 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 90 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with conventional treatment,and experimental group were given revised DiTan Decoction and QianZheng Powder and routine treatment based on the control group.Result] After 12 weeks treatment,treatment effects of two groups were compared.After treatment,the neurological deficits score（NDS） in both groups showed statistical difference compared with before treatment;After treatment,NDS in the experiment group was significantly decreased compared with the control group.After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously increased compared with the control group with satistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion]Revised DiTan Decoction and QianZheng Powder have a nice effect in treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke during recovery stage,and it is worthy of clinical application.
