永新县1993年消化性溃疡临床流行病学浅析

本文回顾性总结分析我院1993年1月～12月胃镜检查2023例中胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、复合溃疡等消化性溃疡的检出率、发病季节、性别年龄、职业分布。认为本检查结果可代表本县消化性溃疡的某些临床流行病学特点。并认为在目前人群普查困难条件下,这种分析对本地区消化性溃疡流行病学特点认识有参考价值。

Analysis of paptic ulcer clinical Epidemiology in Yong Xin County.

This paper reviews, summarizes and analyses the detectable, pathogenetic sea-sons, sexes, ages and occupational distribution of peptic ulcer, such as gastric ulcer, duodenalulcer, compound ulcer, etc, form 2023 gastroscopy examination cases in our hospital from Jan-uary to December in 1993. The authors believe that the results represent some characteristicsof clinical epidemiology of peptic ulcer in our county and this kind of analysis is of referencevalue to the awareness of the characteristics of clinical epidemiology of peptic ulcer in ourdistrict under the present conditions in which it is difficult to have general investigation a-mong the masses.
