小剂量沙利度胺联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的体会

目的：观察小剂量沙利度胺联合VAD方案（长春新碱、阿霉素、地塞米松）治疗多发性骨髓瘤的疗效和不良反应。方法：对照组20例多发性骨髓瘤采用VAD方案,每28天一个疗程;治疗组22例多发性骨髓瘤患者均采用小剂量沙利度胺（200 mg.d-1）联合VAD方案治疗。3个疗程后行疗效和不良反应评估。结果：治疗组总有效率81.8%,明显优于对照组（60.0%）;治疗组不良反应轻微,主要的不良反应为白细胞减少、胃肠道反应,与对照组相比无差异。结论：小剂量沙利度胺联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效高,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广。

Efficacy of Low-dose thalidomide combined with VAD regimen on Multiple myeloma

Objective：the efficacy and side effects of low-dose thalidomide combined with VAD regimen（vincristine;adriamycin;dexamethasone） on multiple myeloma（MM）.Methods：22 cases of multiple myeloma were treated by VDA regimen combined with low-dose thalidomide（200mg·d-1）.Each treatment course was 28 days.20 cases of MM treated by VDA regimen alone were taken as control group.The efficacy and side effects of both groups were observed.Results：The treatment group with a total efficacy rate of 81.8%.It is significantly higher than that of the control group,which has an overall response rate of 60%.The side effects are mild with no statistically significant difference in comparison with the control group.Conclusions：The low-dose thalidomide combined with VAD regimen markedly improves efficacy on multiple myeloma in comparison with VAD alone without noticeable side-effect increment.The new treatment should be prompted.
