| 摘 要： | 目的:了解基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在肝硬化组织中的表达和分布状态.方法:采用免疫组化法(S-P)检测52例肝硬化患者肝组织中TIMP-1的表达.结果:52例肝硬化患者肝组织中TIMP-1蛋白表达的阳性率为100%,而正常肝组织未见阳性表达,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).TIMP-1表达的阳性信号均位于肝细胞胞浆中,细胞核中无表达.结论:(1)肝硬化患者肝细胞中存在TIMP-1的表达,其表达强度与肝组织病理改变相关.(2)检测TIMP-1的表达可对肝硬化病变从分子水平进行评估,也可作为早期诊断及临床治疗和判断预后的分子病理学指标.

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the expression of tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) in liver cirrhosis tissues.Methods: All 52 liver cirrhosis specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry(S-P).Results: Proteins of TIMP-1 were detected in all liver tissues from 52 liver cirrhosis patients,all in cytoplasm but not nucleus.Conclusion: TIMP-1 may play an important role in the development of liver cirrhosis,especially TIMP-1 was tightly correlated with clinical pathologic factors. |
