轻度认知障碍与氧自由基代谢和胆碱酯酶相关性的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨轻度认知障碍 (MCI)患者氧自由基代谢和胆碱酯酶的变化特征。方法 根据 Peterson制定的 MCI诊断标准 ,筛选出 44例 MCI患者 (MCI组 )和 2 0例正常对照者 (NC组 ) ,测定其血清中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、乙酰胆碱酯酶 (Ach E)的含量。结果  MCI患者血清中 MDA和 Ach E含量均比正常对照者明显增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,SOD含量比正常对照者明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 胆碱能神经系统生物学效应降低和机体抗氧化酶系统的保护功能减弱在 MCI发病过程中起着重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the characteristic of oxygen free radical metabolism and acetylcholinesterase in mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Methods Measurements were made on the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and acetylcholonesterase (AchE) in 44 subjects with MCI (MCI group) and 20 normal aged subjects as controls (NC group). Results Compared with control group, MDA and AchE contents were higher and SOD was lower significantly in MCI group ( P <0.01, respectively). Conclusions The decrease of protection anti-oxidation enzyme system and the inefficiency of the function of cholineric nerve system played important role in the development of MCI.
