低分子肝素钙联合小剂量尿激酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床研究

目的观察低分子肝素钙联合小剂量尿激酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将89例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为治疗组(48例)和对照组(41例),两组常规治疗相同,治疗组加用低分子肝素钙和小剂量尿激酶,疗程7d。比较两组治疗前后症状、体征及心电图的改善程度。结果治疗组的显效率及总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)且无明显副作用。结论低分子肝素钙联合小剂量尿激酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛有显著疗效。

Clinical Research of Low Molecular Weight Heparin and Urokinase on Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin and urokinase on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 89 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into treatment group ( n =48) and control group ( n =41) randomly. The two groups were given traditional therapy as usual. Treatment group received additional low molecular weight heparin and urokinase for one week. Symptom, signs and electrocardiogram were compared before and after the treatment. Results The difference of marked effective rate and total effective rate between two groups was significant ( P <0.01) and there was little side-effect. Conclusions Based on the traditional therapy, the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin and urokinase on patients with unstable angina pectoris was significant.
