某汽车改装厂建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的了解某汽车改装厂职业病危害控制效果情况。方法对工作场所进行现场职业卫生学调查,确定生产过程中产生和存在的职业危害因素并进行浓度(强度)检测。结果工作场所中粉尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、汽油检测结果均符合要求,噪声合格率为48.28%,照明合格率为78.6%。结论该项目粉尘及化学毒物职业病危害控制效果较好,其主要职业病危害因素为噪声,接触噪声的工人应配戴防噪声耳罩或耳塞。

Effect Evaluation of the Occupational Hazards Control in the Construction Project in an Automobile Reassembling Factory

Objective]To learn the effect of occupational hazards control in an automobile reassembling factory.Methods]Spot occupational hygiene investigation was conducted in the workplaces;the occupational risk factors in the production process were observed and detection was made on their content.Results] The detection result of dust,benzene,tolunene,xylene and gasoline all accorded with the national standard;the eligible rates of noise and illumination were 48.28% and 78.6% respectively.Conclusion]The effect of dust and chemical toxicants control was fine;the major occupational risk factor was noise,it is suggested that the noise-exposed workers wear ear-covers and ear-plugs at work.
