腹腔镜在儿童下消化道出血诊治中的价值

目的:探讨腹腔镜在儿童下消化道出血诊断及治疗中的价值。方法:对我院2004年4月～2008年12月收治25例反复便血患儿均行腹腔镜诊治。结果:22例有先天性畸形,3例未见器质性病变,分别行憩室锲行切除术13例,病变肠管切除术7例,肠重复畸形囊肿剥离2例,术后4～5d出院,随访无并发症发生,疗效满意。结论:腹腔镜对儿童下消化道出血具有较高诊治价值,尤其适用于3岁以下反复便血或伴有严重贫血患儿。

Laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of lower gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage in children

Objective：To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment o f lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage in children. Methods：Twenty-five children with history of recurrent hemafecia or melena underwent laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment in our hospital between Apr. 2004 and Dec. 2008. Results：Of the 25 patients,22 were found congenital disorder in lower gastrointestinal tract but 3 were absent of any pathologic changes. Thirteen received Meckel＇s diverticulectomy,7 underwent resection of the diseased bowel and 3,separation of the intestinal duplication. The total patients were discharged 4 to 5 days after the procedure and followed-up. No complications occurred and the therapy was satisfactory. Conclusion：Laparoscopy is of highly valuable in the diagnosis and treatment of lower gastrointestinal hemorrhage in children,especially in children under 3 with recurrent hemafecia or severe anemia.
