| 摘 要： | 目的:分析转移因子(TF)对尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平影响。方法:应用ELISA方法,测定应用常规激光加TF治疗患者(治疗组)及仅常规激光治疗患者(对照组)的血清IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平,用t检验比较两者的区别。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组血清中IL-4明显减低(P<0.01),IL-6明显增高(P<0.01),TNF-α明显减低(P<0.01)。结论:转移因子可影响尖锐湿疣患者血清IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平,改善机体免疫机能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the effects of transfer factor (TF) on serum levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA).Methods:78 CA patients were randomly divided into two groups. The serum levels of IL -4,IL-6,TNF-α of two groups were respectively measured by ELISA method after the treatment of TF had finished. The T test was taken with SPPS 11.5 to analyze the data of them.Results:Compared with the serum levels of IL-4,IL-6,TNF-α in patients of CA with different treatments, levels of IL -4 and TNF-α in patients with normal treatment added TF was lower than that of them with only normal treatment,which is significant importance(P<0.01).The level of IL-6 is higher than that,which is also significant importance(P<0.01).Conclusion:Transfer factor (TF) can effect serum levels of IL-4,IL-6,TNF-α in patients of CA,and adjust the immune function of economy. |
