| 摘 要： | 后世医家将《黄帝内经素问》运气七篇所论之郁统称为五郁,且多重视对木郁达之等五郁治则的阐释和运用,却忽视了对五郁相关内容的整体把握。笔者通过对原文的深入研读,认为运气七篇对五郁的论治已初成体系,即初起郁之微时,安其运气以预防,折其郁气以治疗,资其化源为治中之防。且五郁之时各有不同,郁极乃发,出现先兆,而后有物候、气候变化,人应之而有病候。

| Abstract: | Five stagnations are an important content of Plain Questions.Many doctors think highly of the treating principle,while overlook the other content.Through researches on Plain Questions,the author lays out the entire system,including the prevention and treatment for mild stagnation,the presymptom,changes on phenology,climate and human body for severe stagnation. |
