| 摘 要： | 通过比较2 种根管形态下颌第二磨牙预备前后根管横断面面积的变化以探讨手用ProTaper器械预备的清理效果.选取具有融合牙根且根管为C形和2 个独立牙根的下颌第二恒磨牙各20 颗.使用改良Bramante模型在距根尖3、 5.5、 8 mm处横断,体视显微镜下拍摄手用ProTaper预备前后根管横断面形态.软件测量根管横断面面积并进行统计分析.结果显示S组与C组不同断面间两两比较不存在明显区别.结果说明根管的解剖形态对手用ProTaper预备后根管横断面面积的变化没有明显影响.
