| 摘 要： | 目的：评价经直肠超声引导自动穿刺活检术在前列腺疾病中的应用价值。方法：对21例临床疑诊前列腺癌的患者行经直肠超声引导自动活检术。结果：21例穿刺标本符合病理诊断需求，穿刺病理证实为前列腺癌6例，前列腺增生11例，前列腺增生合并炎症2例，前列腺内皮瘤1例，前列腺结核1例。本组与手术病理及临床观察对照，经直肠超声引导前列腺自动活检的组织学诊断率为95％（20／21）。所有患者穿刺后未发生严重并发症。结论：经直肠超声引导自动活检前列腺穿刺是术前诊断前列腺癌的有效方法，有助于前列腺疾病的鉴别诊断，该技术简单、准确、并发症少，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical value of per rectum ultrasound-guided biopsy in prostate diseases. Methods: 21 cases with doubtful prostatic carcinomas performed per rectum ultrasound-guided biopsy. Results: 6 of 21 cases were prostatic carcinoma,11 hyperplasia of prostate including 2 complicated with inflammation,1 prostatic endothelioma and 1 prostatic tuberculosis.20 of 21 cases were coincident with surgical outcome.There was no serious complication. Conclusion: Per rectum ultrasound-guided biopsy is effective technique for preoperative diagnosis of prostatic carcinomas.It is useful in differential diagnosis in prostate diseases.The technique is simple,accurate and without serious complication and should be recommended. |
