| 摘 要： | 目的：探测血清透明质酸（HA）与层粘连蛋白（LN）的联合检测在急、慢性肝病中的作用。方法：采用放射免疫法测定正常对照组18例及急、慢性肝病患者76例HA、LN的含量，结果76例急、慢性肝病患者血清HA、LN与正常对照比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：以HA、LN为实验参考指标，对尽早发现慢性肝病向肝硬化转化起到早预防、早诊治的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of examination of serum HA and LN in acute and chronic liver diseases. Methods: Serum concentration of HA and LN were measured by RIA in blood specimens obtained from the patients with acute and chronic liver diseases and 18 normal controls. Results: For concentration of serum HA and LN, compared acute and chronic liver diseases with normal control group, there were significant differences(P<0.01). Conclusion: The measurement of concentration of serum HA and LN play a important role in discovering the development from chronic liver disease to liver cirrhosis as early as possible so as to early prevention and therapy. |
