| 摘 要： | 目的：测定剖腹产妇女情感障碍的发生率和严重程度，为其治疗提供量化依据。方法：用海米尔顿焦虑量表和海米尔顿抑郁量表，对６３例剖腹产妇女住院治疗期间的情感反应进行了定量评价和分析。结果：这类病人均存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁等情感障碍，并与其躯体疾病互为因果。结论：在综合医院提供精神卫生服务是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the prevalence and severity of emotional problem on inpatients with cesarean section.Methods:HAMA and HAMD scale were used to asscess and analyse the emotional problem of 63 inpatients.Results:Most inpatients had various anxietic and depressive emotional problem.Conclusions:It was necessary to develop the mental health service in comprehensive hospital. |
